    The registration fees include the accommodation in Ecole de Physique des Houches (individual apartement), the proceedings, the welcome appetizers, the coffee breaks, in addition to breakfasts, lunches and dinners from Sunday evening to Friday afternoon.

    - Before 1st December 2019: full refund of registration fees / no registration fees must be paid
    - Between 2nd December 2019 and 1st January 2020: 50% refund of registration fee / 50% of registration fees must be paid
    - After 2nd January 2020: no refund of registration fees / 100% of registration fees must be paid.
    Cancellation requests must be sent to Insight Outside by email.
